I've been trying to get into the waiting room. It says "waiting available," then kicks me out and says "unavailable." I got a no-show text before my appointment time.

Jeremy: Yes. I didn't leave--every time I click, it boots me. Might be a system error.

Jeremy: But your site isn't working. I waited, clicked everything, and followed instructions. Can I speak to a supervisor?
Tyler: The doctor rejected your application. That's why no call. We don't offer phone support.
Jeremy: Why was I rejected without even seeing the doctor? I'm a 100% disabled veteran.
Tyler: It's up to the doctor. You're speaking to a human now.
Tyler: You won't be charged. Your payment was canceled.
Jeremy: I was charged. Refund it immediately so I can use the money elsewhere. Also, you do have a phone number listed.
Tyler: Payment was voided. It may take 1-2 days for your bank to reverse it.
Jeremy: You lied. Saying "you won't be charged" is false. I was. [Screenshot]
Jeremy: I worked in finance. Pending = funds deducted. Don't lie.
Tyler: The payment is pending. Bank will reverse it. I'm not lying.
Jeremy: Pending and "not charged" are not the same. Big legal difference.
Tyler: It says pending. That means it hasn't gone through.
Jeremy: But it is deducted from my balance. Do you not understand money?
Tyler: Sorry to hear that. Have a nice day.

Complaint:
My experience with your telehealth service was unacceptable. I was kicked from the waiting room multiple times before my appointment and marked as a no-show--despite being on the page and providing screenshots.
Rather than acknowledge a clear system failure, support blamed me. I contacted live support specifically because your platform wasn't working. Instead of help, I got blame, deflection, and zero resolution. I was told I "left the room" (false), denied a proper evaluation, and dismissed when I asked for a supervisor or a phone number.
Then came the billing lie: I was told I wouldn't be charged, but my card was already hit. I provided proof. Support doubled down, claiming it was only "pending," as if that somehow meant it hadn't affected me. That's false and misleading.
This entire issue was caused by your system. I came seeking help, and instead I was gaslit, blamed, and brushed off. I love these guys! Fast, friendly, no-nonsense service and the doctors are awesome. I would highly recommend that anyone applying for a medical marijuana card use these folks.

I was able to talk to the doctor within 2 minutes. The overall process is very easy. This is my second year using NuggMD and I will continue to use it. I highly recommend it!

I got approved very quickly yet my doctor was very knowledgeable on my situation! I applied last night and had a phone call appointment for 10:30AM but I went into the waiting room as soon as they opened and I received a phone call right away at 8AM.

Quick and simple renewal. Dr. Was available after a 5 minn. wait for 1 min video call.

I paid for the 3 year medical card and received an email that it was time to renew. When I renewed the new expiration date is the date I responded, 2 weeks short of the full year I've already paid for. They chat bot was no help at all. If that is how the renewals work that should be clarified in the email.

Nothing I do will let me sign in to pay the state,it acts like my approval from nugg MD was never sent.i need you to respond and let me know what's going only.i thought it was supposed to be easy going thru you guys.kinda upset
